This a job position is in a French ski resort of Val d’Isere. The job is to manage all areas of a ski chalet hotel kitchen, providing up to 75 customers with breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course evening meal (canapés, 2 choices of starter and dessert, a meat and vegetarian option for main course) in accordance with a set menu plan and any special dietary requirements or requests. Taking on overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team, cooking, cleaning and providing great customer service for our guests. To ensure that Company standards are maintained and improved wherever possible.

Contract duration: 5.5 months
Accommodation: Accommodation in Val d’Isere , a premier ski resort (own room in shared apartment) – €900/month
Food is provided. 3 meals a day.
Also a ski pass and ski equipment is provided – €900 for the season (optional).
The employer will refund a cost of ticket from Poland.
Requirements:
Level of English required: Good level of English
Professional experience required: You will have had at least 2 years experience in cooking professionally in a restaurant or hotel. You will have a passion for food.
