1. Provider and scope

This policy applies to paid services purchased from us, including FULL ACCESS, job advertising and expressly ordered campaigns, through standard checkout or an alternative payment link. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Cancellation of a business order

No contractual cooling-off period for business orders. For business clients who do not have a statutory withdrawal right, we do not offer a voluntary 14-day cancellation or trial period. Services are ordered for a specific vacancy and may involve customised preparation, publication, access activation and promotional distribution.

For those clients, once the agreed preparation, campaign work or paid access has started, fees are non-refundable solely because the client changes their plans, fills the vacancy elsewhere, no longer needs access, does not use the purchased access, or receives fewer applications than expected. The purchase pays for the agreed activities and access, not a guaranteed hire. We remain responsible for delivering the purchased service for its agreed duration.

This provision does not exclude rights arising from non-performance, defective performance, termination rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or other mandatory law. Custom preparation alone does not remove any statutory right.

A request to cancel before work or access starts is considered under the accepted order and applicable law. Nothing here creates an additional voluntary cooling-off period.

3. Missing access, duplicate payments and service faults

Contact us if access has not been enabled within the agreed activation time, the wrong plan was activated, a material service fault occurs or you have paid twice for one order.

We investigate and provide the remedy appropriate to the circumstances, including activation, repair, an extension, a proportionate refund or a full refund. If an ordered service cannot be supplied, we do not substitute another service without agreement. Refunds are not restricted solely to technical errors.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, you normally have 14 days from conclusion to do so without giving a reason. This includes consumers and qualifying sole traders to the extent applicable law grants them this right. Employer status or an invoice alone does not decide the issue.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to office@polishworkers.pl or our postal address. You may use the optional form below. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. These methods do not limit other legally available withdrawal channels.

Starting a service early requires your express request. If you then withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what was actually supplied before withdrawal, but only where legal requirements, including the required information and request, were met.

For a service contract, the withdrawal right is lost upon full performance only where the applicable requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence are satisfied. Activation does not fully perform a 30-day access service. We do not treat every online service as digital content or assume that custom preparation automatically removes withdrawal rights.

When a statutory refund is due following withdrawal, we make it within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, subject only to lawful deductions. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost. This policy does not shorten any longer period or remove any other protection required by law.

5. How to request a refund or complain

Email office@polishworkers.pl with your account email, the relevant order or job reference if available, the payment date, a short description and the remedy sought. A missing reference number does not invalidate a request that otherwise identifies the transaction.

We respond within 14 calendar days, or within a shorter mandatory period. An accepted non-statutory refund is issued within 14 days of approval. Bank or payment-provider processing may add time before funds appear. We do not charge an administrative fee for processing a refund.

You may use applicable PayPal dispute procedures or pursue other available remedies. Where required after rejecting a consumer complaint, we provide the relevant information about competent alternative dispute resolution bodies and our position on participation.
