We are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics for work in Berlin or Paris; remote from anywhere in the EU, Germany.

3. At least 3 years of experience leading a data function in e-commerce or consumer technology.
4. Excellent SQL and statistics skills.
5. Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and product analytics.

1. Own the data warehouse, pipelines, metric definitions and dashboards.
2. Build attribution, cohort, lifetime value and margin models to guide marketing spend.
3. Forecast demand for perfumes and decants with operations and buying teams.
4. Enable teams to self-serve reliable data through a clear source of truth.
5. Set the data function roadmap, standards and hiring plan as the function grows.

The salary for this position is 135000–175000 EUR/hour gross.
