Plasterer Germany | Stuttgart | 20–24 EUR/hour

We are looking for experienced Plasterers / Gypsum Plasterers for a local construction and plastering company based in the Stuttgart area, Germany. The work involves applying, levelling and finishing internal gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

The role is suitable for candidates who have practical experience with interior plastering, surface preparation, gypsum plaster application and final finishing works. Accuracy, clean workmanship and the ability to work independently are important.

The employer provides accommodation paid for the first 3 months. After this period, the cost of accommodation is approximately 50 EUR per week.

1. Applying internal gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings.
2. Preparing surfaces before plastering, including cleaning, priming and protection of work areas.
3. Levelling and smoothing plaster to achieve a clean, professional finish.
4. Finishing plastered surfaces according to project and quality requirements.
5. Working with hand tools, plastering trowels, levels and other plastering equipment.
6. Checking surface quality, thickness and evenness during and after application.
7. Carrying out correction and repair works where required.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
9. Following health and safety rules on construction sites.
10. Cooperating with site supervisors, other plasterers and construction workers.

1. Experience as a plasterer, gypsum plasterer or interior finishing worker.
2. Practical knowledge of internal gypsum plaster application and finishing.
3. Ability to prepare walls and ceilings before plastering.
4. Ability to work accurately and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
5. Experience with residential or commercial interior projects is welcome.
6. Good physical condition and readiness for full-time construction work.
7. Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work as part of a team.
8. Basic German or English is welcome for communication on site.
9. EU citizenship or valid right to work in Germany is welcome.
10. Availability to start work in the Stuttgart area according to the employer’s schedule.

The salary for this position is approximately 20–24 EUR gross per hour, depending on experience, skills and final agreement with the employer.
