We are looking for experienced Polish-speaking all-round construction workers for renovation and finishing projects in Germany. The work is mainly connected with residential apartments and buildings from the secondary market.

The main goal of the work is to renovate and prepare apartments to a clean developer-style standard, including interior finishing, drywall systems, suspended ceilings, plasterboard walls and other general construction tasks.

The employer is looking for reliable candidates who can work independently, understand construction tasks and have practical experience in renovation and finishing works.

1. Carrying out general construction, renovation and finishing works in residential apartments and buildings.
2. Preparing apartments from the secondary market for further sale, rental or handover in developer-style condition.
3. Installing suspended ceilings and drywall ceiling systems.
4. Building plasterboard walls, partition walls and other drywall structures.
5. Performing basic interior finishing works, including preparation of walls and ceilings.
6. Supporting renovation works connected with floors, walls, ceilings and interior elements.
7. Reading and understanding basic technical instructions from the site supervisor.
8. Maintaining quality, order and cleanliness on the construction site.
9. Using hand tools, power tools and construction equipment safely.
10. Cooperating with other workers and completing assigned tasks according to schedule.

1. Previous experience as an all-round construction worker, renovation worker or finishing worker.
2. Practical experience in apartment renovations and residential finishing works.
3. Experience with suspended ceilings and ceiling systems.
4. Experience with plasterboard walls, drywall systems and partition walls.
5. General construction skills and ability to work independently.
6. Driving licence category B is required.
7. Reliability, punctuality and a responsible approach to work.

10. Polish language is required; basic German or English is welcome but not always required.

The salary for this position is 20 EUR per hour plus possible bonuses, depending on experience, quality of work, reliability and the final conditions agreed with the employer.
