Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes within the assigned kitchen section.

- Cooperating closely with the head chef, sous chef and other kitchen staff.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef position.
- Experience in a hotel kitchen or professional restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of kitchen organisation, food preparation and plating.
- Ability to manage an assigned section independently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy service.
- Team spirit, responsibility and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
- Basic or communicative English is required.
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Denmark is welcome.
