We are looking for a Chef for work in Store Merløse, Sjælland, Denmark.

A reliable chef is sought to join a food production kitchen in Store Merløse, Denmark. The role focuses on preparing and cooking Thai ready meals according to established recipes and production plans. Applicants from Poland are welcome.

This Chef Denmark position offers a salary of 3000-4000 EUR/month plus Performance bonus.

1. Experience: At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience. Experience with Asian cuisine or meal production is an advantage.

3. Good knife skills and the ability to follow recipes consistently.
4. Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling.
5. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, with reliability and attention to detail.

1. Prepare vegetables, sauces and other ingredients for weekly production.
2. Cook Thai ready meals according to recipes and production plans.
3. Maintain consistent flavour, portion sizes and food quality.
4. Organise daily preparation and cooking tasks to meet production deadlines.
5. Follow food safety procedures and maintain clean kitchen equipment and work areas.

The salary for this position is 3000-4000 EUR/month.

An additional Performance bonus is available.

Working hours: 30-50 hours; exact start and finish times to be agreed.

The work takes place in Store Merløse, Sjælland, Denmark in the Food production / catering sector.

Monday to Friday schedule: ingredient preparation on Mondays and meal production from Tuesday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays off.

Flexible start and finish times are required; exact working hours will be agreed with the employer.

Workwear and kitchen equipment are provided.

One meal is provided during each working day.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Planned start: 4 January 2027.
