We are currently hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to support the manager with the day-to-day smooth running of a busy warehouse in Ireland (County Cork). This is a hands-on position, not just a supervisory role — you will be actively involved in warehouse operations while also helping to coordinate the team and maintain high standards of organisation and accuracy.
The successful candidate must be confident taking responsibility for the warehouse when the manager is off, ensuring staff are managed effectively and daily tasks are completed on time. This role suits someone experienced, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where good English communication is essential.

Main duties
- Loading & unloading trucks
- Picking orders
- Stock control and entering goods into the computer system
- Supporting the manager in daily warehouse operations
- Managing staff and overseeing the warehouse when the manager is off
Requirements (essential)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good English
- Category B driving licence
- Ability to manage staff and take responsibility for warehouse operations
