Polish pork boner (shoulders, hams, porkneck) from Sweden

I have started working as a pork butcher since finishing my education, been working professionally as ham cutter, head pig boner till now.

In Poland, I worked in a meat processing company for 3 years as pork boner (shoulders, hams and porkneck). Then move to England and I worked in as a pork boner (shoulders). Finally went to Sweden, I live since 2010 and work for over 8 years a ham cutter/pork boner (working on tables and line work, cutting ham, boning pig heads). I speak some Swedish.
