Polish pork boner (shoulders, hams, porkneck) from Sweden
I have started working as a pork butcher since finishing my education, been working professionally as ham cutter, head pig boner till now. In Poland, I worked in a meat processing company for 3 years as pork boner (shoulders, hams and porkneck). Then move to England and I worked in as a pork boner (shoulders).
