We need 8 strong, young Polish workers to install metal self storage partitioning. It’s best described as being a metal carpenter. The work involves using power tools and having basic building skills. We will train guys so the most important thing is guys have a good work attitude. We require guys to start on a 6 week fixed contract at £8 per hour all week. At the end of 6 weeks if we think the guys will make a good worker then they sign a standard long term contract and go to £8.50 per hour Monday to Friday and £12.75 at weekends. We then out the guys on 10 training courses (forklift, first aid, CSCS etc) and when they pass all tests they go to £9.00 per hour and £13.50 overtime. We provide all accommodation, tools, van and work clothes. We are a UK company and the guys will have to get NI numbers etc. Our work projects are in UK and Europe. The job is suitable for Guys from 16 to 36 years old. Guys must have a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic.

Accommodation: We provide all accommodation whilst the guys are working with us. It will either be apartments or hotel rooms. It will be maximum 2 persons per bedroom. There is no deduction from thier wages for the accommodation. They do not need public transport or their own transport as we provide the vans for work. We also provide all tools and all work clothes for the guys.
The employer will refund a cost of ticket paid by a worker, when they travel from Poland t (maximum of 100 GBP)
Level of English required: Its not necessary as we have many Polish workers already with our company.
Professional experience required: Its preferable that guys have a basic understanding of building work/tools etc but its not an absolute necessity. The most important aspect are that guys are willing to learn, to work hard and to display a good work and personal attitude.
