We are a 4 star 2 rosette restaurant in the beautiful county of Northumberland. We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for our 2 rosette restaurant. This can be a live in position if required.
Job position: Sous Chef Number of staff needed: 1 Job salary (hourly rate) : 23k -30k Number of working hours (per week): 45 -50 Place of work: Langley Castle Hotel Frequency of paying remuneration: Monthly Job start date: Immediately Contract duration: Long-term (over 1 year) Accommodation: We have accommodation in a house in the grounds of the castle. Food provided We will refund a cost of your ticket if you travel from Poland.
Requirements: Level of English required: good standard of English Professional experience required: Sous chef must be experienced in 2 rosette menu’s.
