1. Previous experience as a tractor driver or agricultural machine operator.
2. Ability to operate tractors safely and responsibly.

4. Valid driving licence / tractor licence suitable for agricultural machinery.
5. Technical awareness and ability to notice basic machinery problems.
6. Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work in an agricultural environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a farm team.
8. Basic German or English language skills are an advantage.
