Job description
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers (C+E) for long-term work in Dublin. The role involves driving articulated trucks for local and regional deliveries, operating in accordance with Irish road transport regulations and company procedures.
Duties & responsibilities
- Driving articulated vehicles (C+E) for scheduled deliveries and collections
- Securing and checking loads before and during transport
- Completing daily vehicle checks and basic defect reporting
- Ensuring accurate delivery paperwork and POD documentation
- Following road safety, tachograph and working time regulations
- Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with clients and depot staff
Requirements
- Valid C+E driving licence
- Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Previous experience as an HGV C+E driver preferred
- Basic English for communication and paperwork
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
