Job position: Bus Driver Class D – Tour Bus

We are currently looking for experienced Bus Drivers (Category D) for tourist and passenger transport in the Bergen region (Norway).
This is a permanent, long-term position with stable work year-round. Routes are mainly daily tourist and local routes, with start and finish in the same location.
We’re looking for reliable and professional drivers who enjoy working with people and can provide safe and friendly service to passengers and tourists.
✅ Long-term bonus: Drivers staying over 12 months can receive additional loyalty and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving tour buses and passenger routes
- Safe and professional transport of passengers
- Daily routes starting and finishing in the same place
- Providing good customer service to tourists and passengers
- Following Norwegian road and safety regulations
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well maintained
- Reporting any technical issues
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements
- Valid EU driving licence Category D
- Code 95 (Driver CPC) – required
- Previous experience as a bus driver
- Good spoken English (communicative)
- Responsible and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly approach to passengers
