Baker Job – Gent Belgium | €18/hour | Full-Time Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Baker for a well-established bakery in Gent, Belgium. This is a stable full-time role with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Preparing doughs and baking bread, rolls, pastries (depending on bakery profile)
• Operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers)
• Maintaining high quality and consistency of products
• Following hygiene and food safety standards
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Supporting daily production planning

Requirements

• Experience as a baker (professional bakery / production environment)
• Ability to work early shifts / night shifts (depending on schedule)
• Basic English (or willingness to communicate at work)
• EU passport or valid work permit for Belgium
• Reliability, good work pace, team spirit
