Responsibilities
- Preparing doughs and baking bread, rolls, pastries (depending on bakery profile)
- Operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers)
- Maintaining high quality and consistency of products
- Following hygiene and food safety standards
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized
- Supporting daily production planning
Requirements
- Experience as a baker (professional bakery / production environment)
- Ability to work early shifts / night shifts (depending on schedule)
- Basic English (or willingness to communicate at work)
- EU passport or valid work permit for Belgium
- Reliability, good work pace, team spirit
