Polish Workers provides international digital job advertising and promotion services for employers.
We operate as a digital promotion platform.
We do not employ workers and we do not act as a temporary employment agency.
Employers hire candidates directly under their own contracts.
2. Service Scope
Polish Workers offers various digital job advertising plans.
Each plan may differ in:
- Campaign duration
- Number of job positions promoted
- Level of advertising exposure and budget allocation
- Distribution channels used
- Application delivery method (email forwarding or system-based submission)
- Additional promotional or support services
The exact scope, duration, and price of each selected plan are clearly described on the website at the time of purchase.
By completing payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and understood the selected plan details before purchasing the service.
3. Payment & Activation
Payment is required in advance.
The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
By completing the payment, the client expressly requests and agrees to the immediate commencement of the digital service.
Promotional activities, campaign setup, or advertising distribution may begin without additional notice once payment is received.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Polish Workers does not guarantee:
- A specific number of applications
- A specific number of interviews
- A successful hire
Campaign performance depends on market conditions, job attractiveness, salary level, industry demand, and geographic factors.
5. Employer Responsibility
The employer is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of job information provided
- Compliance with applicable employment and labor laws
- Employment contracts and working conditions
- Direct communication and agreements with candidates
Polish Workers is not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes between employers and candidates.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polish Workers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the selected service plan.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising from the use of the services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
