Salary: 230–260 NOK per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sushi, sashimi and Japanese dishes
• Maintaining high quality and presentation standards
• Managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards
• Cooperation with restaurant team and kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sushi Chef
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• English communication skills required
• Responsibility and attention to quality

Important:
Preference will be given to candidates already living in Norway or with valid right to work in Norway or EU.
