We are looking for a Sous Chef for work in Kegworth, United Kingdom.

1. Prepare, cook and present dishes according to specification across different kitchen sections.
2. Support the operation of the restaurant and conference and banqueting services.
3. Manage and train Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and trainees.
4. Assist the Head Chef with developing new dishes and menus.
5. Maintain food hygiene, health and safety, portion control and food-waste standards while coordinating the daily kitchen operation.

The salary for this position is 30,000–32,000 GBP/hour gross.

An additional Gratuities is available.

Working hours: 45 hours per week.
