REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

(Digital Job Advertising Services)

1. Digital Service Nature

The services provided by Polish Workers are digital, customized, and promotional in nature.

Campaign preparation, setup, and advertising distribution may begin immediately after payment confirmation.

2. Immediate Commencement of Service

By completing payment, the client:

  • Expressly requests immediate commencement of the digital service.
  • Acknowledges that campaign preparation may begin without additional notice.
  • Understands that digital promotional activities may start immediately after payment confirmation.

3. No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the customized and digital nature of the service, the client acknowledges that once the service has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost.

This applies in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU regarding digital content and customized services.

4. Non-Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once:

  • Campaign preparation has started,
  • Advertising distribution has begun,
  • Promotional materials have been created or published.

Refunds will not be granted based on:

  • Number of applications received,
  • Lack of successful hires,
  • Business changes or cancellation by the employer,
  • Market conditions or advertising performance.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the event of a verified technical error directly caused by the service provider.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
