We are currently recruiting experienced Motor Mechanics to work in an authorised BMW workshop in Ireland. This is a long-term position in a modern, high-standard working environment.

Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs in accordance with BMW/MINI standards
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs using diagnostic equipment
- Completing work accurately and efficiently based on job cards
- Cooperating with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional service or safety work
- Informing service advisors about additional work, delays, or changes
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the workshop
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Participating in BMW/MINI technical training and staying up to date with technical bulletins
Salary and conditions
- Hourly rate: 25 EUR
- Overtime: Paid separately (details discussed individually)
- Payment frequency: Weekly
- Employment type: Stable, long-term employment

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a motor mechanic
- Fully trained and qualified mechanic
- Experience in service, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
- Diagnostic experience is an advantage
- Main dealer experience is beneficial but not essential
- Basic to good English (spoken and written)
- Reliability, accuracy, and willingness to develop skills
