1. Experience: Previous experience in kitchen or bathroom renovation and professional experience in at least one relevant trade.
2. Previous experience in kitchen or bathroom renovation.
3. Professional experience in at least one of the advertised trades.
4. Practical knowledge of renovation and finishing work, including safe use of hand and power tools.
5. Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with other team members.

1. Remove old kitchens, bathrooms, fittings, tiles and damaged materials, and prepare rooms for further work.
2. Carry out specialist renovation tasks including plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, carpentry and kitchen fitting.
3. Install kitchen units, worktops, cupboards, panels and bath panels, and box in pipes and services.
4. Repair and finish walls and ceilings after plumbing and electrical work, ensuring projects meet a good standard and schedule.
5. Keep worksites clean and organised and support other tradespeople when required.

The salary for this position is 14 GBP/hour gross.

An additional Performance-related bonuses may be awarded at different times during the year. is available.
