Seasonal work on berry farms/plantations in southern Sweden, focused on picking and handling blueberries and other berries. The job is physical and performed outdoors, with quality requirements (clean picking, sorting, careful handling). We are looking for a reliable group ready to work for the full 3-month season.
- Pick blueberries and other berries according to quality standards
- Sort and handle fruit carefully to avoid damage
- Use crates/containers correctly and follow daily targets
- Keep work area organised and follow farm instructions
- Follow hygiene, safety and local workplace rules
- Work reliably throughout the full season (3 months)
- Good physical condition (outdoor work, standing/walking, repetitive picking)
- Reliability and readiness to work the full season
- Ability to follow instructions and quality rules
- Basic English is an advantage (not always required)
- EU passport / right to work in Sweden (or valid permit route)
