FAQ – Important information for employers
1. How quickly can Polish workers start employment?
In most cases, Polish workers can start employment within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the role, location, and accommodation arrangements. As EU citizens, they do not require work visas, which significantly reduces waiting times.
2. Do Polish workers require a work permit or visa?
No. Polish workers, as EU citizens do not require a work permit or visa to work in EU/EEA countries. This makes the recruitment process faster and less complex for employers.
3. What industries do you supply workers to?
We supply Polish workers to a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, food production, automotive, agriculture, and technical trades.
4. What level of experience do your workers have?
Our candidates are experienced professionals. Many have 10–20+ years of industry experience, including hands-on technical and trade-specific skills relevant to the roles offered.
5. Do the workers speak English?
English language levels vary depending on the role. We assess each candidate’s language skills and match them according to the employer’s requirements, ranging from basic communication to advanced workplace English.
6. Are you able to provide accommodation for workers?
Accommodation is usually arranged by the employer. If permanent accommodation is not available, temporary accommodation for 2–4 weeks is strongly recommended to allow workers time to settle and arrange housing independently.
7. Who is responsible for employment contracts and payroll?
The employer is responsible for employment contracts, payroll, tax, and social security obligations in accordance with local labour laws. We provide recruitment support but are not a party to the employment relationship.
8. How are candidates selected and verified?
Candidates are pre-screened by us based on experience, role suitability, and availability. Final selection and verification are the responsibility of the employer, who should carry out their own checks before hiring.
9. Do you guarantee successful recruitment?
While we make every effort to provide suitable and qualified candidates, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes. Recruitment success depends on factors such as job conditions, location, accommodation, and employer responsiveness.
10. What are the costs involved in your recruitment services?
We charge a fee per job advertisement only. There are no additional recruitment or hidden costs. All fees are communicated clearly before publication.
