We are looking for a Local Marketing Coordinator for work in Warsaw / hybrid; filming support may be required in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Gdańsk, Poland.

The work takes place in the Marketing, content production and social media coordination sector.

A hybrid, one-month project role supporting Polish-language content production, filming coordination, partner communication and local project visibility during market entry in Poland.

This Local Marketing Coordinator Poland position offers a salary of 10000 PLN/month gross.

1. Work as a Local Marketing Coordinator in Warsaw / hybrid; filming support may be required in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Gdańsk, Poland.
2. Salary of 10000 PLN/month gross.
3. Paid project-based collaboration; civil-law service contract possible, with B2B available for sole proprietors subject to project compliance.

1. Experience: Experience in marketing, social media, content production, video coordination or similar projects.
2. Based in Poland and available during October 2026 for selected offline activities.
3. Fluent, natural Polish and very good Russian; English is an advantage.
4. Relevant experience in marketing, social media, content production, video coordination or similar projects.
5. Strong language judgement and the ability to identify unnatural Polish wording.

1. Identify local actors for filming approximately 60 promotional videos.
2. Review Polish scripts, captions and on-screen copy for linguistic accuracy, naturalness and consistency.
3. Recommend filming locations and support the practical organisation of selected shoots.
4. Attend agreed filming sessions and provide Polish-language feedback on spoken lines and post-production subtitles.
5. Support communication with Polish partners and private security companies or mobile patrol teams, while maintaining an activity log and final handover summary.

The salary for this position is 10000 PLN/month gross.

Maximum eligible project cost is PLN 10,000; the final fee and settlement method depend on the selected contract form and submitted offer.

Filming may take place in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Gdańsk; availability in every city is not required.
