We are looking for a Chef de Partie for work in Ireland.

1. Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position; previous experience in a hotel, quality restaurant or fine-dining kitchen.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position.
3. Ability to independently manage a kitchen section.
4. Good knowledge of HACCP and food-safety procedures, with strong cooking, preparation and knife skills.
5. Ability to work as part of an international kitchen team and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

1. Manage an assigned kitchen section during preparation and service.
2. Prepare, cook and present dishes to four- and five-star hotel standards.
3. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
4. Supervise and assist Commis Chefs and junior kitchen employees.
5. Maintain food quality, hygiene, food safety, stock rotation and cleanliness standards.

The salary for this position is 38,000–42,000 EUR/year gross.

Working hours: Approximately 39–45 hours per week, depending on the hotel and schedule; shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
