C+E Truck Driver Finland – Tampere–Pirkkala region | 4,200 EUR/month

We are looking for an experienced C+E Truck Driver for permanent, full-time employment in the Tampere–Pirkkala region of Finland.

The successful candidate will drive articulated trucks on domestic routes, transporting general cargo between logistics terminals and customers.

This position offers a basic salary of €18.50–€20.50 gross per hour, depending on experience. Evening, night, Sunday and overtime supplements are paid in accordance with the applicable Finnish collective agreement.

1. Valid Category C+E driving licence.
2. Valid Driver CPC qualification / Code 95.
3. Valid digital tachograph card.
4. At least 2 years of professional experience as a C+E truck driver.
5. Communicative English language skills.
6. Good knowledge of drivers’ hours, rest periods and tachograph regulations.
7. Responsible, reliable and independent approach to work.
8. Ability to drive safely in changing weather and winter conditions.
9. Legal right to live and work in Finland.

3. Checking and securing the load before departure.
4. Completing transport, delivery and vehicle documentation.
5. Performing basic daily vehicle inspections.
6. Keeping the vehicle clean and reporting technical issues.
7. Following road-safety, driving-time and rest-time regulations.
8. Maintaining professional communication with dispatchers and customers.

The basic salary for this position is €18.50–€20.50 gross per hour, depending on the candidate’s professional experience and qualifications.

The basic monthly salary is approximately €3,200–€3,550 gross before overtime and additional supplements.

Total monthly earnings may reach approximately €3,500–€4,200 gross, depending on the number of hours worked, overtime and applicable shift supplements.

Evening, night, Sunday and overtime work is compensated in accordance with the applicable Finnish collective agreement.

Working hours: full-time, with day and night shifts depending on the transport schedule.

Working hours, breaks and rest periods comply with Finnish and European Union regulations.

The final working schedule and salary payment dates will be confirmed with selected candidates during the recruitment process.

The work is based in the Tampere–Pirkkala region of Finland and mainly involves domestic road transport and logistics routes.

The employer provides modern, well-maintained vehicles, work clothing and the safety equipment required for the position.

Selected candidates will receive assistance with completing local employment formalities and support in finding suitable accommodation. The accommodation itself is not provided free of charge unless otherwise agreed with the employer.

Contract: permanent, full-time Finnish employment contract.
