Requirements
- Experience: Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools; experience with automation platforms and business process automation.
- Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools.
- Knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n or another automation platform, with the ability to design clear and logical workflows.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of APIs is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-supported automated business processes and logical workflows.
- Create and test prompts and connect AI models with CRM systems, email platforms, online forms, WordPress and other applications.
- Automate customer service, document processing and content creation using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
- Test automations, troubleshoot technical issues and prepare user instructions and documentation.
- Cooperate with marketing, customer service and technical teams on international AI and automation projects.
Salary and Schedule
The salary for this position is 4,000–5,500 EUR/month.
Working hours: Full-time; flexible working hours.
