We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Working Foreman – Roofing & Cladding for work in Projects throughout Ireland, Ireland.

Permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with a strong roofing and cladding background. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with crew leadership, planning, safety supervision and quality control on projects throughout Ireland.

1. Experience: Strong professional experience in roofing and/or cladding, including leadership, supervisor or foreman experience. Experience with standing seam and/or architectural metal roofing, aluminium and zinc systems, and composite and/or rainscreen cladding.
2. Strong professional background in roofing and/or cladding, including standing seam and/or architectural metal roofing.
3. Knowledge of aluminium and zinc systems, plus composite and/or rainscreen cladding.
4. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
5. Previous leadership, supervisor or foreman experience with the ability to organise crews and daily work.

1. Lead roofing and cladding crews and organise labour, materials and work fronts.
2. Plan and coordinate daily work, monitor progress and provide clear instructions to operatives.
3. Read construction drawings and specifications and coordinate with the main contractor and client representatives.
4. Lead toolbox talks and RAMS briefings and monitor health and safety compliance.
5. Carry out quality inspections, complete basic site records and reports, and mentor operatives.

The salary for this position is 25.00 EUR/hour gross.
