We are looking for a Shipyard Welders and Hull Fitters for work in Bergen, Norway.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional shipyard experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional shipyard experience.
- Experience with vessel repairs, steel replacement, deck plating or hull construction.
- Ability to work independently, accurately and on long shifts.
- Good physical condition and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace shell plating and deck plates.
- Renew, repair and fit steel structures, including steelwork inside tanks.
- Fit and install deck equipment, cable trays and lighting components.
- Carry out minor pipe installation and general vessel repair work.
- Perform welding and hull-fitting work both indoors and outdoors, including in confined shipyard areas.
Salary and Schedule
The salary for this position is 230 DKK/hour.
Working hours: Approximately 69 hours per week; Monday to Saturday, 06:00–18:00; 11.5 paid hours per day; Sundays free.

Work Conditions
The work takes place in Bergen, Norway in the Shipbuilding and vessel refurbishment sector.
Project duration of approximately 2–4 months.
Three meals per day provided: breakfast at 05:30, lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 18:00.
Travel costs from Poland reimbursed by the employer.
Salary paid monthly.
Work takes place inside and outside the vessel, including confined shipyard areas.
Planned start: As soon as possible.
