1. Experience: Practical experience in cabinet making, furniture production, bench joinery or a similar woodworking role; a minimum of two years’ experience is preferred.

3. Experience operating panel saws, edgebanders and multi-spindle drilling machines.
4. Good knowledge of woodworking materials and production methods.
5. Ability to read technical drawings, understand measurements and perform basic technical calculations.

1. Manufacture and assemble cabinets and furniture components according to technical drawings and workshop specifications.
2. Read drawings, check measurements and calculations, and ensure accurate cutting and assembly.
3. Operate panel saws, edgebanders and multi-spindle drilling machines.
4. Install and align hinges, handles, panels and other furniture hardware.
5. Inspect finished products, maintain tools and machinery, and keep the workplace clean, organised and safe.

The salary for this position is 22–25 GBP/hour.

Working hours: Approximately 37.5 hours per week.
