1. Experience: Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen position. Experience working across different kitchen sections is required; seafood preparation experience is advantageous.
2. Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or in a similar professional kitchen role.
3. Experience working across different sections of a professional kitchen.
4. Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
5. Good level of English and the ability to work effectively in a small team.

1. Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards.
2. Work confidently across different sections of the kitchen.
3. Prepare fresh seafood and other menu items.
4. Support the Head Chef and other kitchen team members.
5. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

The salary for this position is 16 GBP/hour.

An additional Tips is available.

Working hours: Approximately 45+ hours per week, 5–6 days per week.
