Chef de Partie / Sous Chef United Kingdom – Requirements
- Experience: Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen position. Experience working across different kitchen sections is required; seafood preparation experience is advantageous.
- Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or in a similar professional kitchen role.
- Experience working across different sections of a professional kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good level of English and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
Chef de Partie / Sous Chef United Kingdom – Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Work confidently across different sections of the kitchen.
- Prepare fresh seafood and other menu items.
- Support the Head Chef and other kitchen team members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

The salary for this position is 16 GBP/hour.
An additional Tips is available.
Working hours: Approximately 45+ hours per week, 5–6 days per week.
