AI Trainer – Remote Work | Sweden / Göteborg | 35 EUR/hour

We are looking for candidates for the position of AI Trainer / Polish AI Trainer / AI Response Evaluator to work remotely on international artificial intelligence projects. The role involves reviewing, evaluating and improving responses generated by AI systems.

The work focuses on checking whether AI-generated answers are accurate, natural, logical, helpful and compliant with project instructions. Tasks may include comparing two AI responses, selecting the better version, correcting language mistakes, checking facts, classifying content and writing short quality comments.

This position is suitable for candidates who write very well in Polish, understand English instructions, think analytically and pay close attention to detail. Programming skills are not always required, but strong language awareness, accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions are very important.

1. Evaluating AI-generated responses in Polish.
2. Comparing different AI answers and selecting the best version according to project guidelines.
3. Checking language quality, logic, naturalness and usefulness of AI responses.
4. Correcting texts generated by AI and identifying linguistic or factual errors.
5. Assessing whether an AI response follows the user’s question, context and task requirements.
6. Writing short quality comments explaining your evaluation decisions.
7. Checking facts, consistency and completeness of content within available instructions.
8. Classifying content according to categories defined by the project.
9. Working with online platforms for AI training, data annotation and content quality evaluation.
10. Following confidentiality rules, data security standards and project guidelines.

1. Excellent written and spoken Polish.
2. Good English skills, as project instructions may be provided in English.
3. Ability to analyse text carefully and evaluate the quality of answers.
4. Very good spelling, grammar and sense of natural Polish language.
5. Logical thinking and the ability to justify evaluation decisions.
6. Accuracy, patience and responsible approach to working with content.
7. Good computer skills and ability to work with online tools and web platforms.
8. Stable internet connection and your own computer or laptop.
9. Ability to work independently from home and complete tasks on time.
10. Experience in copywriting, editing, translation, education, content moderation, data analysis, SEO or AI tools will be an advantage.

The salary for this position is approximately 35 EUR gross per hour, depending on the project, level of difficulty, candidate experience, qualification test results and quality of work.

Some projects may be paid hourly, while others may be task-based. The final payment method, number of available hours, cooperation model and schedule will be confirmed directly with the employer or project organiser.

The work can be performed remotely from home. Depending on the project, full-time work, part-time work, additional work or freelance cooperation may be possible.

Selected projects may require a qualification test, language assessment, trial AI response evaluation or short online training before starting work.

Accommodation is not required because this is a remote work position.
