- Strong practical experience in concrete works and reinforced concrete foundations.
- Experience in leading and motivating construction teams.
- Very good Polish language skills are required.
- Communicative English language skills are required; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, reinforcement drawings and construction plans.
- Good understanding of site planning, work organisation and construction quality.
- Driving licence category B is welcome; category BE is an advantage.
- Experience with forklifts, telehandlers or lifts is an advantage.
- Responsible, organised and solution-oriented approach to work.
Employment Conditions
The salary range for this position is 650,000–750,000 NOK gross per year, depending on the candidate’s personal experience.
The employer may also offer an hourly salary of 300–400 NOK gross per hour. The final salary model can be agreed individually with the right candidate.
The employer is flexible regarding the salary structure. The selected candidate may choose either a fixed annual salary or an hourly salary, depending on his preference and agreement with the company.
This is a full-time construction position connected with projects carried out in different locations across Norway.
