The employer may also offer an hourly salary of 300–400 NOK gross per hour, which is approximately 301–402 SEK gross per hour. With full-time work, this may equal approximately 52,200–69,500 SEK gross per month, depending on the number of hours worked.

The final salary model can be agreed individually. The right candidate may choose either a fixed salary or an hourly salary, depending on his preference and agreement with the employer.
