As a General Construction Worker, you will support insulation works on residential and commercial buildings. The role includes preparing surfaces, assisting with installing insulation boards, applying reinforcing mesh, and helping with façade finishing tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Preparing façades and work areas (cleaning, masking, protection)
- Assisting with installation of insulation panels and anchors
- Mixing and carrying materials (adhesives, plaster, tools)
- Supporting application of reinforcing mesh and base coats
- Keeping the site safe, clean, and organized
- Experience on construction sites (insulation/façade experience is a plus)
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors
- Basic tool handling skills and willingness to learn
- Communicative English or German/French is an advantage
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
- Stable full-time work in Switzerland (Sion area)
- Competitive €18/hour gross salary
