How we recruit?

We start from job translation and present it to candidates already registered in our date-base. At the same time we activate a nationwide advertising campaign focused on the type of workers you need. Your job is being uploaded into our Polish Workers website, automatically advertised into the most popular Polish job websites and publish in nationwide medias in Poland.

Step 1. You submit your job. We translate it and build an advertising campaign focused on your job.
Step 2. Candidates’ verification. One of our recruitment managers is automatically designated to take care of your recruitment. They present your job to candidates, verify job applications, select best suited candidates and finally present them to you. Each job application is sent to us first, so we can verify it before presenting the candidate to you. Such candidate’s documentation is verified within a maximum of 24 hours from a moment a job application being supplied. We collect all necessary information about the candidate including the candidate’s employment history, their preferences including how quickly they can arrive and start working.
Step 3. Employment decisions. Ar this stage you can analyze candidates’ job applications and decide whether you wish to employ them. You can always make a job offer to the candidate immediately based on the job application provided or interview the candidate before making your employment decisions.
Step 4. Traveling and starting a job. Finally, if you decide to hire a candidate, they simply book their tickets and arrive in your country according to previous establishments. If a candidate requires a visa, they are obligated to apply for it on own and cover all necessary visa costs, it is based on the confirmation of employment supplied to them by your company.
